Return Process

Return Policy is as follows- 

- Before initiating a return, please get in touch with us at averymaeboutique@icloud.com or ShiannHathhornHerbal@gmail.com please include your name, the items you wish to return and order number to process the return.

- Customers have a 7-day window from the date of delivery to request a return, and they must ship the items back within 3 days of receiving the provided shipping label.

Please note that all purchases made through our website are fulfilled by our trusted vendors, so we must contact them before processing any returns.

All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection prior to any refunds being issued. To qualify for a refund, items must be in their original packaging, free of visible wear or damage, and unwashed.
